An excuse to leave the warmth of the house at this time of the year. We join to be jolly, enjoying time with friends to make wholesome, traditional Italian Pork Sausages to feed family and friends.

Indulge in a Masterclass - Sausage Making 2011

Includes a 2 course lunch, glass of wine & your own homemade pork sausages to take home.

What you'll need: Bring along an apron, a food safe container to transport your sausages home and if participants could please wear closed toe shoes.

Details: Our Sausage making class takes you through the process of creating a great tasting Sausage from mixing through to the art of filling and tying.
br>
br>
During the class, you will get to watch and assist in creating Traditional and Gourmet Sausages to learn the techniques used.
br>
br>
Once you have been familiarised with the techniques, it will then be up to you to create your own uniquely flavoured Sausage. Following the class will be a tasting of your very own sausages with a glass of Seville Hill Cabernet.

Each participant will also get to take home a package of Sausages.
