GRAPE GRAZING FESTIVAL

Grape Grazing 2009 is on again, do not miss out.
Seville Hill will be part of Grape Grazing, being involved in the tasting trail. Great food will be available on both days and all of our wines will be on tasting.

WINEMAKERS LUNCH
Saturday 7th March 2009
Join Seville Hill Winemakers as they present a selection of back vintages matched with a 3 course lunch provided by Yarra Valley Deli & Wine Bar. Enjoy a journey into Wine Production as the makers discuss their wine styles and aspirations for the 2009 harvest.
Entree: Free range egg frttarta grilled in vegetable and blue cheese, finished with a basil & rocket salad.
Main: Tender Lamb rump marinated in mint, basil & garlic served on roasted chat potatoes, tossed with seasalt, lemon zest & rosemary.
Dessert: Rich courverture chocolate tarts served wit mixed berries & double cream. OR Vanilla bean panacotta served with a pistacio nut, chocolate & strawberry salsa with a 2004 Shiraz reduction.
Cost: $65 per person. Bookings are essential.

EASTERN SUBARU SHORTEST LUNCH

10.00 am - 5.00 pm
Entry to event is $5, this is collected at the first winery you visit where you will receive a souvenir wine glass. Proceeds will go to the Country Fire Authority Region 13.
The Yarra Valley Smaller Wineries come together for the 10th Eastern Subaru Shortest Lunch.
A progressive lunch where you move from winery to winery enjoying an entree size meal with a glass of wine. Meals are priced from $10 to $15. Wine by the glass. Plan your day and enjoy a 3 or 4 course meal.
Also taste some of the great wines that are available at the wineries.
MENU:

Hearty vegetable and borlotti bean soup served with crusty ciabatta and grated parmesan. $10

Celebrate with Dad this Father's Day and treat him to a special treat at Seville Hill Winery. On arrival help yourself to a selection of warm croissants and danish served with Seville Hill preserves and warm fruit compote served with honey and yoghurt.
Then a choice of traditional bacon and eggs on toast, sausages and eggs on toast or buttermilk pancakes with maple syrup.
Help yourself to coffee and tea while having brunch.
