The cool climate of the Yarra Valley region, hints of oak, traditional and modern wine making techniques are used to create soft, smooth and classic selections that will bring pleasure to those who enjoy fine wines.

2005 RESERVE SHIRAZ
Deep ruby red in colour. Boysenberry and blackberry fruit, vanilla, aniseed and white pepper aromas fill the nose. An enriched full soft palate with flavours of black cherry, boysenberry, aniseed and mocha coffee, spices and white pepper. The complex structure of this wine is further enhanced by the well integrated oak and a soft tannin finish.

All wineries have sheds; usually housing crushers, barrels, tractors and other equipment vitally important to the production of fine wines. Every year, on the second weekend in October, fifteen wineries along the Warburton Highway open their sheds for two days of fabulous food, fine wine, live music and entertainment.
