This blend consists of 60% Cabernet and 40% Shiraz; as a result the nose is filled with aromas of ripe berry fruits, blackberry, maraschino cherries, vanilla and spice. These follow through to the palate enhanced by the full flavours of black cherry, touches of mint, spice, mocha and vanilla, integrating together with oak characters and a soft tannin finish. |
