This elegant sparkling wine is made using the traditional varieties of chardonnay and pinot noir picked from the cooler areas of the Yarra Valley, then left to mature over a period of time in the traditional methode champonoise style. A finely structured wine, rich and creamy with persistence in flavour.
Deep garnet in colour, this single vineyard shiraz is an attractive wine, easily approached, with all it’s components balanced and integrated. Dark cherry and plum, soft tannins and clever use of oak sit well. With proper cellaring this wine will continue to in complexity over the next 10 years.
An enriched full soft palate with flavours of black cherry, boysenberry, aniseed, mocha coffee, spices and white pepper. The complex structure of this wine is further enhanced by well integrated oak and a soft tannin finish. Will develop with long term cellaring.
Dark cherry in colour with aromas of strawberries and mint transcending to the palate, strawberry and blackberry flavours with touches of spearmint and warm spices follow. The dry finish is enhanced by firm tannins and subtle oak.
Buttery vanillin oak and spice fill the nose with characters of quince, pear, almond and fig. Flavours of almond, fig, honey, citrus and spice further enhance the complexity of this wine on the palate. The finish is soft with melon and citrus overtones.
Displaying a savoury character that is followed by the flavours of ripe red currant fruit with hints of dark chocolate and coffee, all lightly framed by subtle tannins.
Aromas of Cherry and raspberry fruits with hints of cloves fill the nose. A light to medium palate with flavours of raspberry and black cherry characters with savoury overtones, black olives and balanced with a clean acid finish.

Medium brick red in colour. The nose is filled with blackberry, dark cherry, mint and cloves with violet overtones. The palate displays characters of blackberries and dark cherry flavours followed by spice, vanillin and charry oak characters framed by lively tannins.
Bright white gold with a green tinge, this Sauvignon Blanc displays characters of green bean and gooseberries that follow through to a full palate of asparagus, light citrus flavours and a pineapple finish.
