Pale garnet in colour with developing aromas of dried rose petals and blood orange zest layered over forest floor, white truffle and thyme. Medium-bodied, with sweet cherry lozenge and mocha giving way to savoury amaro and pliant tannins that linger on the finish. This is in a good spot, just let it breathe a moment in the glass
